Collection: Stretching Not Stressing

My journey toward well-being has transformed not only my own life but also the lives of those around me. As a devoted wife, doting mother, loving daughter, loyal friend, and dedicated educator, my life is a testament to the power of resilience and self-discovery.

My exploration of well-being began as I embarked on my own personal healing journey. When tasked with teaching a happiness class amid my own emotional challenges, I grappled with doubt, and questioned my ability to inspire others while facing my own struggles. 

In a few weeks, my happiness factor, as measured by the Authentic Happiness Inventory (upenn.edu), soared as I applied the very strategies I was imparting to my students. Through practices such as journaling, mindfulness, savoring moments of joy, and nurturing social connections, I experienced a profound shift in my perspective and outlook on life.

Through my personal journey and professional expertise, I seek to illuminate the transformative power of resilience, self-care, and the pursuit of holistic well-being.
